Cancellations
For workshops
All monies will be refunded in full less a processing fee* if you cancel 8 or more days prior to a program’s start date. If you cancel between 7 days and one day in advance, a nonrefundable credit less a processing fee* will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the program’s arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
For class series
All monies will be refunded in full less a processing fee* if you cancel 8 or more days prior to a program’s start date. If you cancel between 7 days and one day in advance, a nonrefundable credit less a processing fee* will be held for six months from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the program’s arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you are not able to attend the full series.
*A $15.00 refund processing fee applies to all cancellations.
NVC Boston reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In this event, you will be given a complete refund.
Scholarships
All scholarship requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the event start date.
