  • NVC Workshop
    Saturday, June 13, 2009
    Alchemy Farm, East Falmouth, MA

    9:30 am-12:30 pm
An Introduction to NVC, based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg

An introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a language of compassion that can dramatically improve all of our relationships, both personal & professional. The NVC process can be used in a wide variety of real-life situations. By understanding and acknowledging the human needs that underlie all words and actions, we can create a shared basis for connection, cooperation, and peace.

    1:30-4:30
How to Respond to Triggering Messages
    A Deepening NVC Skills Workshop

It’s hardest to respond nonviolently when we are triggered by what we hear. We can learn to pay attention to our own feelings and needs, yet speak compassionately, without blaming, shaming or judging. This workshop offers both skills and opportunity to practice.
