East Coast Workshops in Nonviolent Communication

with: Miki Kashtan, Julie Greene, & Pat Arcady

New York City: March 1-3
Boston: March 2 and March 8-10

Imagine Connecting with the human spirit in each person in any situation
Imagine Interacting in a way that everyone's needs are valued
Imagine Creating organizations and environments responsive to our needs

NVC offers the practical tools to live this vision!

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a language of compassion, a spiritual practice, and a tool for social change. By understanding and acknowledging the human needs that underlie everyone's actions, we can create a shared basis for connection, cooperation, and more globally - peace.

See the connection between how you think and how you feel
   Connect with your deepest needs
   Understand others instead of reacting
Speak in ways that are more likely to be heard by others
Negotiate difficult situations with more ease and confidence

Miki Kashtan and Julie Greene are certified trainers with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). Miki is CNVC coordinator for NVC and social change. Julie is CNVC coordinator for the San Francisco Bay Area. Both conduct workshops and retreats for the public and for organizations. Pat Arcady has been training with Miki and Julie for two years, and teaches NVC on the East Coast.
