Are you wanting to balance more effectively your desire to contribute to social change with other personal needs? Are you ever concerned that the dynamics of your organization sometimes do not reflect the vision of the organization? Are you longing for a world that supports people living and working in life-serving ways? You are invited to an evening Introduction to NVC (Nonviolent Communication, developed by Marshall Rosenberg). NVC offers a way to communicate, live, and work with greater effectiveness and compassion. It enables us to connect more fully with ourselves and others, and to resolve conflicts peacefully.
