It is also crucial in any productive dialogue or negotiation: we need to understand ourselves and hear others. \nThis workshop is designed for anyone new to NVC\, as well as for anyone with NVC experience that wishes to practice and deepen empathy skills.  It is all about having access to empathy for ourselves and others in the moments when we need it most! \nFacilitated by CNVC certi1ied trainer Gail Carroll and Paul Merrill Gail and Paul were both teachers of NVC when they met as continuing students in a year long NVC mediation program in 2010.
