“Nonviolent Communication 201“

This is an advanced beginners workshop for this who have done a workshop with us or with another certified NVC trainer.

The skill level we are looking for is the capacity to translate faux feelings, to recognize interpretation in your observation, and make empathy guesses of feelings and needs.

We have gotten requests to offer classes that go beyond introductions, and this is it! In this all day class you will have the chance to improve your facility w NVC, using your own conflicts within structured role plays.

We will focus on:

Translating hard to hear messages into feelings and needs

Deepening empathic presence

Building resilience and flexibility when triggered

Maintaining connection while expressing authentically
