Join us to learn the fundamentals of NVC through interactive exercises. Gain experience with this powerful approach and way of seeing the world, which helps improve your relationships with yourself, others, and life. Whether you’re new to Nonviolent Communication or want to reinforce your NVC skills, this workshop will give you practice applying the model to everyday relationship challenges, both internal and external. Location: We’ll meet at 1991 Mass Ave in Cambridge, MA, in a modern space with natural light, outdoor access, and various seating options, including a sofa, two armchairs, and conference chairs. If you prefer sitting on the rug, please bring a back jack if you have one. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Porter Square MBTA (red line subway) stop.

Limited 2-hour metered street parking is available, but we recommend public transit. Alewife Station parking garage offers inexpensive all-day Weekend parking for ~$3/day. Alewife is one stop from Porter Square.
